The hotel's location is ideal for quick access to the Convention Center and surrounding restaurants. The rooms, though small for two people, offer a spacious seating area. Service is top-notch with above-and-beyond customer care, and the dining options provide a tasty variety of protein, fruits, and carbohydrates. However, some aspects can be improved like the flooding in the handicap accessible room due to a wrongly installed ADA rail.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, but the location was quite noisy due to ongoing construction. The service was friendly, although there were some disturbances during my stay. The dining options were hit or miss, and the hotel facilities were decent overall.
